A QUICK GUIDE

Make something yours.

Voice, Transcribe, and Chat run on your computer. Choose a tool at the top of the studio.

Voice

  1. Choose Load voice model. VoxCPM2 downloads its model files into this browser’s storage on first use. You will see each file and its download progress. The files do not go into your Downloads folder.
  2. Write or paste text. The loaded voice model counts tokens and shows how many of its 512-token take budget remain, including voice style and speaker features. Choose Default voice to use your saved Manon speaker, or My speaker to use a recording you own or have permission to use.
  3. For Clone, confirm that you have permission and rights to the reference voice and audio. Do not upload copyrighted recordings or music unless you own or have a license to use them. Do not impersonate someone.
  4. Choose Generate voice. Listen, then save WAV or SRT from Your creations. Canceling a download keeps completed model files.

Transcribe

  1. Choose Load model to download Whisper Tiny (fast) or Whisper Base (more balanced). Progress and individual file names appear below the button.
  2. Choose an audio file or record a short clip. Choose English or Chinese, then select Transcribe.
  3. Edit the transcript, copy it, download TXT or SRT, or send it to Chat. Model files stay in browser storage.

Google Edge Gemma 3n can be imported for short audio. Google hosts the model download behind its own access terms; after downloading, choose the local `.litertlm` file. VoxCraft does not distribute Gemma weights.

Chat

  1. Choose Load model to download SmolLM2. It is a compact English model for quick, simple answers.
  2. Each reply is fresh: ChatCraft sends only the message you just wrote. It does not use earlier messages, save chats, or remember past requests. The input counter shows model tokens; each reply shows input and output tokens.

Google Edge chat uses an imported Gemma file and counts tokens with that model. Google model terms apply.

Processor & memory

Auto selects a suitable WebGPU adapter. High-performance and Power saving are browser hints; they do not identify a specific graphics card. CPU mode is available for Whisper and fast chat. Use Release models in Device & Wi-Fi to free working memory. Downloaded files remain saved and can be loaded again later.

Privacy & voice rights

Local mode keeps prompts, audio, and model inference on your computer. First-time downloads contact the model host. Use only voice recordings you own or have permission to use. Read privacy, licenses, and voice guidance.
